Day 22: Parent Teacher Conference

Today was pretty much the same as all of our other "normal" days but we had a few things scheduled. 

One of those things was a parent teacher conference. Caleb has improved in all areas pertaining to schoolwork and is continuing to do well. He is friends with both boys and girls, so the teacher commented that he's one of a few that has managed to do that. At this age, usually one gender dislikes the other. He's a great kid and continues to show it each day. 

While we were at the meeting, Caleb and Madison were at a friend's house. They had a great time!

On the way home it started to snow. It was very large snowflakes but because the temperature was still too warm, the snowflakes melted as soon as they fell making a large "splat." Some snow stuck later on in the night though. 

Before Christmas some of the women here exchanged names. Tonight we revealed the list and enjoyed some great company and food. I had a great time. We also agreed that this get together should be hosted monthly, at the minimum. 

This is what Maddie did today. She piled all of her toys as high as she could on top of her chair. Lots of fun!!
