I spent the day catching up on emails and organizing some things. Daniel spent his day with training and meetings.
After work, my boss, her husband and I walked to the French Embassy for France's National Day. They had great wine, cheese, and desserts! We met a few people and chatted with some great friends.
While I attended that, Daniel and the kids were home hanging out and playing. Maddie put all of her toys into the laundry basket and then got in with them. Caleb watched the HR derby with Daniel and was excited to see how it all played out.
Caleb and Maddie also played ball in the floor and drew pictures on the white board. Maddie loves to draw circles right now. She also loves having Caleb draw Mickey Mouse.
They all had a great time and I was able to get some goodnight loving before bedtime.
We're looking forward to what tomorrow holds.
