Day 201: Sibling Love

This morning went pretty well. Maddie jumped on the bed while Daniel and I got ready and then she dressed herself. She's been very independent lately. 

Caleb stayed with a friend today and played outside quite a bit. He said he had a great time and he can't wait until tomorrow when he goes back over to their house. 

Maddie had a great day at school. She went to her teacher this morning with a big smile and she came home with big smiles, too. 

When Maddie got home she began to color. She started out by drawing circles at the table but soon moved to the floor. She then decided to use Daniel's chest as a coloring station. 

After supper, Maddie and Caleb began playing a new game that almost drove Daniel bonkers. Caleb would scream and then Maddie would scream. She would then laugh and run to her chair where she fell face first in it. 

They had a great night and went to bed without any problems. We all have long days tomorrow so hopefully we can all get some rest.
