Today was Caleb's first day of baseball. He was able to practice with a few of his friends. He had a great time.
During practice, I wasn't paying attention and got smacked in the face with a baseball. All is well, just redness. Hopefully it'll stay that way and it won't bruise.
You can see the red here. Nothing too bad though.
Maddie also took a pretty good nap while Caleb practiced. She did great!
Once we were home I finished making a cake for a friend's birthday.
3 layer vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream filling and icing.
We had dinner with the birthday boy and a few other friends. We got to enjoy some wonderful food and amazing company. The cake even turned out pretty good!
When we left it was raining with a mix of snow. I'm not sure how long that's suppose to happen but it'll hopefully be gone by tomorrow.
