Day 132: A Happy Girl

This morning Maddie woke up in a good mood as did Caleb. He complained of his leg/hip hurting, but overall he was okay. The kids made it off to school in time and Daniel and I were off to work. 

The kids had a great day at school. The weather was perfect. It was low 70s and it felt amazing here. We began purging clothes and cleaning up some of the stuff we've been moving around all week. 

We Facetimed with Nana and talked to her for a bit. Maddie was in a great mood today. She and Caleb played outside and also played together in the basement. They had a great time together. 

This evening we embraced bedtime and hoped things would go differently for Madison. Thankfully, they did! Maddie cried/whined for about 5 minutes and then fell asleep. She did great with her routine. Caleb went down without issues, but he had to get back up to get his swim stuff ready for tomorrow. 

Daniel and I finished doing laundry, dishes, and packing up boxes to send off, so we're glad to be done with that!
